With the holiday season officially here, and it’s seemingly never-ending stream of parties, lends itself to sparkly cocktail attire and demure shifts. But when sparkles and sequins don’t make many appearances in your default wardrobe, it can be hard finding the perfect holiday dress for your style.

Personally, I don’t mind a bit of sequins or lace. But when all I really wear is jeans with a t-shirt, I want to find something that I can easily dress up as well as down. So while I enjoy getting dressed up for the holidays, I don’t want to buy something that I know I’ll only wear once.

Don’t let the holiday party season catch you off guard! One of these 15 subtly festive holiday dresses is sure to be the perfect one for you.

I haven’t got any kind of a dress sorted for the holidays, but I love the idea of getting a racerback dress. I think that cut is so beautiful!
