75 Powerful Questions to Ask Yourself for Self-Reflection

Taking time to reflect on your life and allowing yourself to become more aware of who you have become can be a little scary. To find yourself, lost and without purpose, wondering how you ended up where you are . . . Without self-reflection and taking the time to be mindfully aware of where you are going in life, you could end up somewhere far off track from where you had planned to be and become extremely disconnected from yourself and others.

In self-reflection you are giving your mind and your heart the gift to think and process, to pay better attention to your feelings, and discover authentic connection to your soul and the Universe.

We learn by asking questions. And the kind of questions you ask yourself can determine the kind of life you lead.

This New Year’s Eve, before you get ready for the night ahead, allow yourself some quiet time (no more than an hour) to respond to the questions below. Try to be completely honest with your current situation, do your best to listen to your soul’s longings without judgement, and give yourself the gift of self-reflection!

Connect with your inner self. The answers are there, you just have to take the time to ask the right questions.
